Our story

A table set close to the fire.

Ember & Oak began as a single hearth in a converted corner storefront, where our founders learned that the best meals are the ones cooked slowly and shared generously. Everything still passes over live oak before it reaches your plate.

We source from growers we know by name, press our own oils, and bake bread each morning before the doors open.

The fire does the talking. Every plate tastes of oak and patience, and the room feels like it has been waiting for you all week.
