Before you write
A few questions we hear often
How far in advance should we reach out?
For weddings and larger galas, three to twelve months is ideal, though we occasionally take on shorter timelines when the calendar allows. For intimate private events, a few weeks can be enough. When in doubt, just ask.
Do you have a minimum investment?
Full-planning weddings begin around $8,500 and galas around $12,000, with private events from $4,800. Every proposal is built around your guest count, venue and scope, and we will always be transparent about where the money goes.
Do you travel for destination events?
Happily. We have produced celebrations in vineyards, coastal estates and city rooftops well beyond our own city. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed with you in advance.
Can we hire you just for the day itself?
We are a design-led studio, so we do our best work when we shape an event from the start. That said, we offer a limited number of month-of coordination engagements each season. Mention it in your note and we will let you know what is possible.
