Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking so your specialist can set aside unhurried time for you, but walk-ins are welcome whenever the diary allows. Same-week appointments are usually easy to find.
What if I am not sure which service I need?
Choose "Not sure yet" on the form, or just tell us how you would like to feel. Every visit starts with a short consultation, so we will help you land on the right treatment together.
Can I buy a gift card?
Absolutely, and they are one of our most-loved gifts. Mention it in your message and we will arrange a printed or digital card in any amount.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change, we understand. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we will happily move your appointment with no fuss.
