Open Account Settings and find Close account. Type the email address on your account to confirm, and press Close account.
A plan that still renews has to be cancelled first, in Subscriptions. A plan that is already set to end does not stop you.
Closing removes your account, every site on it with its history, its messages and its visitor counts, your photos, your AI drafts and your support requests. It cannot be undone. Records of payments stay, because we have to keep them.
You can also email support@borgsites.com from the address on your account and we close it for you.
