Cancel your plan yourself from Subscriptions, or email support@borgsites.com and we do it for you. Both follow exactly the same rules.
- Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, whether that is the month or the year.
- Cancel within 5 days of your first Hosting & Care charge and we refund your hosting payments in full, less what we paid to register a free domain if one was registered, and the plan ends that day. This applies to a first yearly charge exactly as to a first monthly one.
- The 5 day money back covers Hosting & Care payments only. Design builds, first year domain registrations and one time add-ons sit outside it.
- Outside those 5 days we do not refund partial months or unused time, unless the law requires it. If we ever bill you in error, tell us and we will make it right.
- A Design build is custom work: cancel before work begins for a full refund; part way, we keep the value of the work done and refund the rest; after delivery, the first week of revisions is how we make things right.
